This beautifully crafted pendant above was created especially for a very close and special local furry friend of mine. ^^ Kad is his name and running around being foxy is his game. *Giggles* I met this amazingly talented fur almost five months ago on DeviantART and I must be honest he is one of the sweetest most caring people I’ve ever come across, selfless and always thinking of others. ^^

I’ve learnt a great deal from Kad over these last few months life, love, animatronics, electronics and most importantly he has helped me realized the many short falls in my personality and for all of this I’m eternally grateful. Thank You Kad *Gives him a cookie and a big hug.*

Therefore I decided to show my gratitude and appreciation by designing him his very own custom paw made collar pendant. His pendant was substantially more difficult to cut out than the other pendants I’ve made mainly because of the slightly thicker hardened better grade Aluminum used and because of the rounded shape.

It is approximately 40mm in diameter and 3mm in depth. I’ve been waiting almost three months to give it to him, but thankfully I was privileged enough to meet him this last weekend. *Purrs* The pendant itself almost took me 5-6 hours to cut out, grind, polish and engrave.

The engraving turned out gorgeously and I’ve discovered a new technique of engraving that is much easier, efficient and cost effective. Maybe I’ll do a tutorial on it sometime. I’m very proud of the final result and I hope he likes it as much as I loved making it for him. This pendant has some special significance behind it and there is something about it that is very close to my heart, but that is yet another story. *Smiles*
